Refund policy

EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

Missing, Damaged, or Defective Items:
Any missing, damaged, or defective item(s) must be reported within 30 days of your delivery date. Please contact our Support team at support@fightclubcrate.com, and we’ll assist you with a replacement. Defective or damaged items will be replaced free of charge.

Clothing/Size Exchanges:
If you need a different size, we’re happy to exchange your item, but a shipping fee may apply. Due to our ever-changing product lineup, stock is limited. If your requested size is unavailable, we may send an alternate product of similar value.

Mystery Deals:
All Mystery Deals are final sale—no returns or exchanges for a different design. However, if you receive the wrong size, we’ll exchange it for the correct one (shipping fee may apply).

All exchanged products must be in NEW condition, meaning unopened in original packaging or never used.

REFUNDS:
No refunds will be issued for any paid subscriptions. This is stated in our Terms of Service.
