Shipping policy

YOUR FIRST SHIPMENT

Welcome boxes ship within two weeks of your successful billing.

BILLING & SHIPPING SCHEDULE:

  • Monthly Subscriptions:

    • Billing occurs on the 1st or 5th of each month for all active subscribers.
    • Boxes ship around the 15th of each month.

  • New Subscriptions:

    • If you sign up at the end of the month, your first box will be billed immediately, and your next billing will still occur on the 1st of the following month.
    • Example: If you sign up on February 26th, you’ll be billed immediately for your first box, and then again on March 1st for the March box, which ships around March 15th.

  • Prepaid Subscriptions (3-Month & 6-Month):

    • Your next billing cycle will occur on the 1st of the month, after your prepaid period ends.
    • Example: If you purchase a 3-month subscription in January, your next billing date will be April 1st.

SHIPPING FEES:

  • Flat rate: $5.95 per box (continental USA)
  • 3 & 6-Month Subscriptions: Free shipping (continental USA)
  • HA, AK, PR & International: Shipping fees vary and are calculated at checkout.

TRANSIT TIMES:

  • Boxes ship from Waunakee, WI, USA
  • Continental USA: Up to 10 days
  • HA, AK, PR: Up to 15 business days
  • International: Up to 30 days (customs delays may occur)
